It gave me a super accurate, upfront price instantly. They bailed us out of a massive headache, and got it done fast.and their response & update time was on point. Absolute lifesavers!”

What really stood out was their commitment to donating usable items. They made two charity runs and one junk run, and it was clear they really know the local donation spots well. At one point they even mentioned a Christmas specific charity and took a huge load of holiday decor there, which I thought was amazing. They were also able to schedule me just two days after I first called, which was a huge relief. Pricing was extremely reasonable and clearly explained upfront, with no surprises at all. On top of all that, they were just genuinely good people to work with. Travis’ mission to keep items out of landfills is something I really admire, and it shows in how they operate. I cannot recommend him and his crew highly enough. 10/10 would use them again.”

A major reason I chose them was because they would donate things whenever possible, and were intent on keeping useable items out of the dump. As they worked, Travis explained his expansion plans (exciting!) and business goals. It’s local businesses like Junk Huggers that are community-minded, friendly AND professional that make Central Oregon stronger. Very reasonable pricing up front, transparent business practices, personable, and got the job done quickly. I’d rate them 10 stars if it was possible.”
