When do I pay?

Payment is due at job completion. We accept cash, card, and digital payments.

Do I need to be home?

Do you charge travel fees?

Inside Bend has no added trip fee. Nearby areas may have a mileage-based fee.

Do you take furniture?

Yes. Couches, dressers, desks, tables, chairs, and most household furniture are common pickups.

Do you take mattresses?

Yes. Tell us whether the mattress is outside, in a garage, or still inside.

Do you take appliances?

Yes. Some appliances, especially refrigerant items, may have special handling fees.

Do you take yard debris?

Yes. Branches, brush, and bagged green waste can usually be handled.

Do you remove sheds or hot tubs?

Yes, but photos are important so we can scope access, teardown, and hauling correctly.

Do you take hazardous materials?

No hazardous waste. Paint, chemicals, and liquids must be disclosed before scheduling.

What about paint, chemicals, or liquids?

Send photos first. Some items are not accepted, and others need special routing.

Do you take tires?

Sometimes. Tire loads need to be reviewed before pickup.

Do you take freon appliances?

Yes, but refrigerators, freezers, and AC units may carry a specialty disposal fee.

Do you take concrete, rock, dirt, or tile?

Yes in many cases, but dense loads are priced differently from household junk.

Can you take items from upstairs?

Usually, yes. Stairs affect labor, so mention them when you send photos.

Do items need to be disconnected?

Yes for appliances, fixtures, and anything attached to plumbing, power, or walls.
